Free homework and assignment tracker for executive functioning
A weekly tracker helps a middle or high school student keep up with what is due in every class. Write each class's assignment at the end of the period (or none), check it off when it is done, and plan the first step for every test and project. The free set has a by-class tracker and a by-day planner.

Make your own in seconds
Ask for a tracker with your student's own classes, a daily check-in sheet, or a project planner with steps, and SCAFLI makes it.
Try asking for:
- “weekly assignment planner for high school”
- “homework tracker”
SCAFLI is in early access. The free PDF above needs no sign-up.
What it is
An executive functioning support for planning: what is due, what to bring, and the first step for big assignments, with three check boxes to review the week.
How to use it
- At the end of each class, write what is due, even if it is none.
- Check each box when the work is turned in.
- On Friday, check the three boxes at the bottom and look at what is due Monday.
Three quick tips
- Writing none matters: it shows the student checked.
- Break every project into a first step with a start date.
- Check it together for a few weeks, then fade your help.
Questions
- Can I change the class names?
- Yes. Tell SCAFLI the classes and it puts them in the rows.
- Is it for high school too?
- Yes. Ask for a weekly assignment planner for high school and you get the same kind of page.
- What is the second page?
- A by-day planner: what is due, what to do tonight and what to bring, for each day of the week.
